Download Now Ripper is a tool for extracting known archive-types from installers like Wise, Inno Setup, Instyler ex-it! etc. It is not a general-purpose dearchiver/decompressor, as you would still need a proper dearchiver/decompressor for the files extracted with the Ripper.
